My approach is simple: treat your property as my own, with the care and rigour you deserve. I know the local market, the Spanish authorities, the booking platforms and the expectations of international guests.

We work on a commission basis on the income generated — you only pay when we fill your property. The rate is agreed clearly at our first meeting, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Absolutely. You keep full control of your calendar. Simply let us know the periods when you want to enjoy your property with a minimum 30-day notice — we block those dates on all platforms. Any bookings already confirmed before your request are maintained and managed through to completion.
Every stay includes a security deposit. We carry out a photographic check-out inspection after every stay. In case of damage, we handle the claim and reimbursement directly with the guest and the platform.
You receive a monthly transfer with a detailed report: stays completed, gross income, our commission, expenses incurred. Everything is transparent, documented and sent at month-end.
Yes, the VUT licence is mandatory in Spain for short-term rentals. If you don't have one yet, that's our first mission — we handle the entire process for you, from A to Z.
