Absolutely. You keep full control of your calendar. Simply let us know the periods when you want to enjoy your property with a minimum 30-day notice — we block those dates on all platforms. Any bookings already confirmed before your request are maintained and managed through to completion.
Every stay includes a security deposit. We carry out a photographic check-out inspection after every stay. In case of damage, we handle the claim and reimbursement directly with the guest and the platform.
You receive a monthly transfer with a detailed report: stays completed, gross income, our commission, expenses incurred. Everything is transparent, documented and sent at month-end.
